The Civil War Round Table of Kansas City held its 475th Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.

A sought after speaker and storyteller, Tom Rafiner spoke about latest book, Cinders and Silence, A Chronicle of Missouri’s Burnt District 1854-1870, at the December meeting. This book provides the first detailed account of Missouri’s “Burnt District.”
