He has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Missouri Architect of the Year. He gave a similar talk to the CWRT back in Feb. 2009 while still working on his book, so this may be familiar to those who attended. Bill gave this talk at the Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond on April 3, 2015, which was 150 years to the day that General Weitzel entered Richmond and made his residence at the former Confederate White House. C-Span filmed Bill's talk, so if you like what you hear at the meeting, you can see it again on C-Span. Bill's book was published by Ohio University Press and he will have copies for sale after the talk.
